Garkane is not returning all margins to former members... and they (management) have consistently refused to fix a faulty margin return process− an area where they have “fallen short.” 

However, if you know someone who has moved out... within the past 18 months, the state of Utah has recently put a HUGE effort (ha-ha) into creating a site where you can now find if you have unclaimed property.  https://mycash.utah.gov/  

But.. if its been unclaimed for over three years... likely Garkane gave it to someone else.
